I would sincerely consider talking to the landlord, offer a new longer lease with that in mind you might get away with knocking down a wall, combine both stores into one big one!

I think they might consider it. We are leaning towards a warehouse type space before we make any big moves. The way we intake toys is getting a little... shall we say tedious. I dunno what we were thinking :D Maybe that we wouldn't stay busy or something.

Hey man, maybe think about wearing a GoPro and filming POV content of what people are buying. Kind of like how you see a lot of RUclips shorts of people that sell food. All they really do is film themselves making the food that someone ordered while telling a small story. I think people would love to see that. I'm sure you have lots of stories since you've opened the shop. Or you can maybe even do a "what it's like to run a toy store POV." I don't know, just some ideas because I think your channel should be much bigger by now. But it seems like you really only post update/recap style content where you mainly talk about what's new and what has happened.
But in my opinion, people would rather watch it happening than being told about it. It's like, would you rather watch a movie or be told about the movie? I think the majority of people would rather watch the movie. Now, I'm not saying that the recap/update content is bad. But in my opinion, that stuff should come after the movie (AKA things like the POV). I still like the content you push out either way, so don't think I'm saying your content is bad. It's just that based on what I have seen so far from what you do and what others have done, you could increase this channel's popularity. It will just take more work, and I understand that you may not have that time as well to do so. I don't know, just a thought. Either way, keep the videos coming.

Solid feedback. I might give it a shot and how it goes
