      I think ace would get liquidate easily as there are less no. Of units as compared to prestige (4000)

    Minimum what appreciation can be expected till possession considering current market sentiments in this sector and which one is the best suggested by you ?

      It’s really difficult to project anything considering current market but in a worst case scenario at the time of possession I am expecting 18-20k/sqft depending on project..in my list Ace would be on top seeing past delivery and maintenance after possession after that you can go Mahagun where price will be 1500-2000/sqft less from ace.

      In my opinion 18-20K seems to be a good appreciation...
      But Would it be possible to liquidate it easily if I see Ace Hanie as an investment since too many options will be available there in 4 years...

      @ now a days property are in a category of low density..end user prefer ace as a brand so it will be good option as a investor and in 4 years their will be huge surge of demand in this area bcs people will not prefer luxury option towards gaur chow or Ek murti bcs it is high density area
