There was a year where Barca B would've got promotion but couldn't because of the first team already being there. It's not like in England where U23 play against each other, here in Spain B teams play against grown men and full teams fighting for promotion and their lifes. I don't know how it works in Germany. They had tactics drilled into their minds far more than any other players because how important they was to the team. Another player that will make an amazing manger if he ever becomes one is Busquets with just how he controls the game on the pitch you can tell he would be a great manger. It's kinda funny how some of the best mangers ever have all played in midfield (Simeone, Ancelotti, Pep, Robson, Jose etc)

All players who watch the game by scanning would be great mangers. Virtually every player who could read the game as a player has became a decent manger. It's also why a lot of ex players who become mangers aren't so good. (Henry, Ole, Neville) Where as a player like Cruyff could. IMO if they was ever to become mangers themselves it would be why Messi would be better than Ronaldo. Jose also has extremely good interpersonal skills (look what Materazzi said about Jose, he learned the names of all the Inter Milans players wives/children etc)
