Just a polymer carabiner for chemlights, zip cuffs, etc.
Why does the axl belt only have velcro on the upper half of belt?

Nice! What size is your belt and what size is your waste?
Belt was a size 38, I cut it down to fit my waist size (32). If you can I’d recommend buying a larger size and cutting down.
