I love hitting this machine then immediately going to the seated cable rows….makes me feel like I’m on an old Viking ship getting it ready to set sail😂
The ropes are durable and just like the ones at the gym. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxTFxba6lNeHrZaHoY_LXe6ZzmMfaipnwu Caution: I bought the 50 feet ropes and they are long and heavy so make sure you have the space (I do have the space). If I was to do it again I would probably get a shorter version as 50 feet (25 feet each side) is a little long.
I just discovered this machine I tried it and it real enjoyed it so I decided to see what’s the benefit and came across your video thanks for the info it was very informative I’m definitely going to start using it more often
I used one at the gym for the first time last week. I’ve used it every time since then. 😂 I totally underestimated it the first time too. It wore me out pretty quick. Lol
Our new sr fitness center has this in the gym. I think I will try standing with my back to it. I really have a hard time engaging my triceps. I used it today facing it and loved the feeling.
Thank you so much for this video!! My job recently opened a brand new gym and they have this machine. This video was extremely helpful and I'm super excited to try this out now!!
I do hiit with it. I do fast pull to get my heart rate to my personalized high heart rate zone….then I do slow pull to bring down to low zone heart rate.
I go to a gym that has 4 of them. I've been going there 2 months and not seen one other single person doing the endless rope. I do it everytime I go to the gym. Why do people avoid this machine?
@@CriticalBenchCompound No luck finding it there. Anyplace else you can recommend? Can you share some photos or a short closeup video of it? I can't see it well enough to recognize it online.
It could help with core strength and stability, but if you were to focus on fat loss you'd have to put the work and go for a minute or two to get your heart rate up 😉💪
I used this machine for the first time today. I couldn't do much because I'm really out of shape and it's gonna take time but I do love it. I will be using it more often
Discovered the vmx multi rope trainer yesterday at gym. Used it for 4 mins. I liked the motion but not sure if machine is working properly. Levels are 1-7. 7 most intense. I used 6 because I didn't want to overdo it but didn't feel much. I will try again next visit. Thanks for video!
Set a timer for 4 minutes and was about in a full sweat when I was done 🥵😭😂 def got the heart rate going and can’t wait to try the other routines with it.
@@CriticalBenchCompound It was too perfect, I had to, but great video. I'm looking for a spot in the ceiling to hang a wheel from, so you definitely got to me
Hi, is this machine ony good for back or will it help with triceps. I started going to the gym and did this machine. I need triceps work. can you please give me advice.
This isn’t really a Triceps move, you might target the muscle very little near the end of the ROM but there are way better options for hitting Triceps. Try tricep extensions!
can i include this at the end of my weight training as cardio? i dont want to over do any muscles so im not sure if i can do the endless rope on a daily basis
@@CriticalBenchCompound would this help with the "bat wings" some of us get with age? I just saw it at the gym and did it for 2 minutes and it feels like I did it longer, lol
So Glad I watched this video, I’m 67 and been using this along with the battle rope but I never done the angles that you showed, I will install these into my workout
Is 50 reps, 25 each arm? How many times a week do you suggest this exercise? Thanks for video. Fighting hips issues so I’m searching for alternatives for cardio using upper body.
If using for cardio, time it v counting reps. HIIT can be 30-60 sec tabatas or cycles with a 30-60 sec rest between repeat maybe 4 times depending on your heart rate response and your fitness level. Check heart rate while resting
I use this thing all the time. Lately I have been doing 20,000 feet of rope per day. It takes 2 hours. I am rehabilitating my back from 10 years of chronic pain and multiple injuries. It is slowly easing my pain

My gym just got one of these, used it today. Not only was it a good workout but it was FUN!
I used one at the gym for the first time last week. I’ve used it every time since then. 😂 I totally underestimated it the first time too. It wore me out pretty quick. Lol
It's a great exercise and its fun! A good way to break away from the average workout.
I love this exercise really gets me pumping

Glad I found this never used this one before and didn't want to look like an idiot in the gym
Great video. It gives me more confidence to master this equipment.
Where can i get one?
I do hiit with it. I do fast pull to get my heart rate to my personalized high heart rate zone….then I do slow pull to bring down to low zone heart rate.
Great routine 💪
great video!
Thank you for this video! Does it help shoulders too?
I want to ask you a question can you please tell me that is this exercise better than any yoga asana?
Uhh it's difficult to answer, they are both different exercises. It depends on what youre trying to achieve
Where do you buy the rope loop?
I go to a gym that has 4 of them. I've been going there 2 months and not seen one other single person doing the endless rope. I do it everytime I go to the gym. Why do people avoid this machine?
People tend to avoid things they haven't done or aren't comfortable with
@@CriticalBenchCompound First time I ever saw that type of apparatus
Shoulders make popping noises doing this. Any advice?
Focus on ROM exercises, and Rotator Cuff Strengthening
When you say 50 reps, you mean 50 pulls? Sorry, I'm new to this.. Also, what do you recommend for an absolute beginner?
I recommend scrolling through our channel in addition to our main channel Critical Bench. So many resources and ideas for you to choose from.
Where can I buy one of these rope pulleys for my home gym?
Check out Rogue Fitness!

Will this help with belly fat?

ayo pause on the arm extensions 😂
what brand name is this endless rope?
question answered in another comment. It's the same one I was looking to purchase. I heard they upgraded the rope design
Is this a Torque? The only other me tion was VMX whixh doesn't seem to have a wall mounted version
This one is a ROPEFLEX brand. RX2100 model
I mix them into my daily workouts. I do three sets of 100 each. Really great to build hands, forearms, back and lats.
Good stuff!
I used this machine for the first time today. I couldn't do much because I'm really out of shape and it's gonna take time but I do love it. I will be using it more often
Love to hear it! Thank you for joining us
Used this machine just now after doing arms. What a fun workout! Always looking for something different to breakup the routine and this was perfect
Great to hear!

Try three sets of 40 reps each and one minute rest between and you will see🤣
Set a timer for 4 minutes and was about in a full sweat when I was done 🥵😭😂 def got the heart rate going and can’t wait to try the other routines with it.
Seen this machine at my gym and never tried it until last week, now I'm going to master this machine until the machine cries for help 😂
Thanx for this valuable video.
Never saw this "Endless Rope" before, but seems a swell idea....
You're welcome!
Kudos to this dudes heart. He didnt breath very hard after going beast mode 3:35
I can do 20 reps per set after doing treadmill for an hour immediately prior. Definitely taxing on the heart which is good you dont want to over do it

If you're well trained this rope pull would be excellent for an ending cardio exercise.
Well this machine named endless rooe
May will increase lat muscles?
Yeah this will hit the Lat Muscles 💪
Tried this at the gym... and by the 4th rep, I felt fatigued... but like anything else with repetition, you get better
I looked to buy one of these but they cost a fortune!!!
If its something you'll use its worth the investment!
Thanks for this video
Most welcome!
I got a cramp watching this
i honestly love the “not wimpy” note
Excellent video

Thanks, brother. Gonna use it with my daughter tomorrow. She is trying to drop lbs to join the military
Awesome!
Is a single pull from both the left and right arm considered one rep? Thanks
I've seen both of those used as a way to count
Is 50 reps, 25 each arm? How many times a week do you suggest this exercise? Thanks for video. Fighting hips issues so I’m searching for alternatives for cardio using upper body.
2/3 times a week depending on how your body responds, soreness etc

I set tabata for 2 mins.
Then i superset a chest exercise.
