I bought that Laser Disc box set back in 93/94. I was still in high school, had to save for months, and drive an hour across town, but it was worth it. It was ridiculous swapping out the discs but the sound and picture were beautiful (for the time). Still got the box on my bookshelf.
I caught "The Age of Innocence" on TV. It was such a bittersweet movie.
For me, it's all bitter. That is easily the most difficult Scorsese film to watch.
“It seems stupid to discover America only to to make it a copy of another country”: I love that line from Michelle Pfeiffer in “The Age of Innocence.
I was floored by how great it was! Age of innocence
Ah yes, the ending Is heartbreaking. In restrospect i think that complements the Irishman. Like two sides of the same coin
It is a great film i really enjoyed it
Age of Innocence is one of Marty's finest films.

Daniel Day Lewis also starred In the Name of the Father. Same year he did that Martin Scorsese's film.
I like In the Name of the Father more than The Age of Innocence. Both are good movies.
starring sarah jessica parkers nose
I used to use St Ives! wonder if they still make it
Godzilla!
I liked Striking Distance as entertainment, but no way I'd defend it. It is certainly not a good film.
