Skinomi, what was the change that valve made that affected P2P trading sites?
Hey mate, it's in last week's update if you want a more detailed version.
But basically they updated the game a bit over a week ago so that newly traded skins will be invisible to anyone else for 10 days.
This means that peer to peer websites are unable to confirm trades. However, Buff uses log in cookies so they can directly see your inventory. This method is a bit more dangerous to the user but Buff is a very big company.
The update was mainly to combat gambling websites which typically use peer to peer.

Buff 163, this is usually the best source for cash price as it is the most liquid market. Although this is not accessible to many Western viewers as the currency is CNY.
