i always thought it was his way of trying to cheer everyone up without looking like the good guy. never considered the distraction to pay kirishima part.

@@sea-envy3137 In my opinion, one of the most wholesome friendships in the show is Kirishima, Amajiki, and Fat Gum in season 4. No spoilers, but I love those three as a little team.
I am a big fan of the character development we get for Sato. He is not just a M.U.S.C.L.E. man but a cook- tiny thing that changes him from forgettable background to fun extra
Honestly, thats what I love about this show, You dont ever meet people for no reason, every person who is on screen for more than a few minutes are important to the overall story. I love it so much

Re-watched it with my brother, still have no memory of him doing anything. If im being real, i think the only thing he did throughout all 7 seasons was tell Deku "bro, watch out for that silly brainwashing quirk" in S2 to which Deku promptly ignored because Ojiro as a character might as well not exist.
To be fair, with the training camp while the students were together the school intentionally isolated them so that as little people knew about it as possible. (A good idea if there wasn’t a spy) So it made a good target because they had all the students with few teachers for protection. (Using secrecy for defence instead) But by bringing the students to dorms inside UA it is actually safer because they have the entire schools worth of teachers (who are all pro heros) for protection as well as the UA security infrastructure we saw in season 1. And by using dorms the kids can reduce how much they are in public out of school hours and don’t have to walk to/from school which can keep them safer now that they are well known public figures. Also, having to walk back from a very well known school every day makes it pretty easy for someone to find their home and families. (Though that probably isn’t hard to to find in other ways on the internet, but still reduces risk by making it a little more difficult for low effort villains/stalkers)
this was the episode that solidified Froppy (Tsuyu Asui) as my favorite, because she is not the typical female shonen character (not saying all the characters in this show are), she doesnt dress or act in a way that enhances/accentuates her femininity; she speaks her mind, even if it means standing up to her friends
Iida is the classes Dorm Mom, Eraser is Dad, and Tsu is really an over protective sister if you look back to every dangerous situation they've been in, she's always trying to pull someone to safety.

I know fictionalized characters are idealized and noble, but damn why can a teenager go and address hard elephants in the room and take accountability/apologize for potentially hurting others... when IRL 20+ year olds can NOT and do NOT. Thus growing a divide and tension for things left unaddressed and unspoken. Been wronged so many times and never got an acknowledgement of wrongdoing nor an apology. It's such a simple concept to grasp.
I think living in the dorms could actually be a good thing for Mineta. I don’t believe he’d actually cross a line since the other guys would help keep him in check. The coed environment could help him build some positive social skills. I’ve seen this with some of my more awkward classmates in the past. What they need is to socialize and learn how to act, not be shunned and exiled from the group.

Surprised a lot of people in the comments are supporting Tsu and saying this made them really like her since I always hear the opposite about this scene in the mha community. A lot of people say this scene ruined her otherwise perfect character for them
