    How much oil and do you add any water? Do you roll your dough thinner for the lasagna bolognese?

      Just a touch for flavour/texture, maybe a teaspoon, do it by feel. No water, just eggs, flour and evoo. Same thickness for lasagne or cut pastas, but you can go thinner or thicker if you prefer a different texture, pasta is easy, tasty playdough!
