I have the complete series set myself, J. It seems that the recycle disc thing is a strategy that Shout! Factory likes to do in some cases especially these Nickelodeon releases. I assume they guess that just repackaging the same discs together in one set is just cheaper to do.
With some of the '80s cartoons they have released on DVD however, they produce disc artwork that is different between the individual sets and the complete sets. They also have exclusive extras on those deluxe complete series releases that you don't get on the separate season releases.

Amazing unboxing ..!
I picked up this set yesterday, very glad to have it. It wouldn't shock me if there were some edits in here, I remember this series did have some banned clips such as Heffer being milked by a machine and achieving orgasm. I've only watched the first few episodes and already spotted a few "adult" jokes that flew way over my head as a kid, such as Ms Bighead slipping the Spanish Flies into Rocko's drink, or how Heffer is a member of A.S.S. It wouldn't surprise me if this series never pops up on Netflix or Hulu so I'm glad I got it. I have a massive Nickelodeon VHS collection and actually have the episode that was on right before Rocko's Modern Life debuted in Late 1993 (I honestly can't remember anymore if it is an episode of Hey Dude or Salute Your Shorts or what, but during the final credits the announcer says "Up next the debut of Nickelodeon's newest Nicktoon, Rocko's Modern Life!".....unfortunately my tape doesn't contain the episode itself.
I Have The 4 Individual Seasons, But I Have The 2018 Re-release of The Complete Series.
I think I found Rocko's Modern Life seasons 1 and 2 dvd at Barnes and Noble.

So glad I bought this Edition :-) interestingly, I don't recall if I have the poster signed, but the DVD case artwork itself was signed by Joe Murray. I paid $30 for it. I didn't want to take the poster out and ruin it until I can get a proper frame for it, so I never checked it, I just pull it out of the tube, took a quick peek at it, and put it back in. I slipped the artwork out of the DVD case in order to study the imagery. I'm very pleased with it overall. I bought mine directly from the Joe Murray website, I think.
Could you help me, please? I know I've asked this on other videos, but you can answer it here or any and every serious and it would be very convenient before I make my purchases. Are there any Nickelodeon TV series episodes that are edited, apart from the Rocko's Modern Life episode Hut Sut Rah where he is berry picking and accidentally clutches the bear by the testicles? I think that there was also a change in the episode which name I don't recall, when they were traveling across the country to see the national landmarks, and they stopped at a mechanic shop, where the mechanic told them that he readjusted their "Johnson rods", this was changed to "curtain rods" for later airings.
I intend to find unedited versions of these episodes for My Personal Collection, and I'm wondering if any other Nickelodeon TV series were edited or cut in some way. Thanks for your time! I have subscribed :-)
I'm not really sure if other Nickelodeon TV show releases have cut episodes or not. I've never really been all that picky with that sort of stuff, so I've never taken the time to find out. Probably best to check reviews of each release on Amazon or wherever, as other people have probably taken note of those particulars. I would imagine that other shows released by Shout! Factory MIGHT have cuts for similar 'politically correct' reasons if there were any situations like that in other episodes of other shows, but honestly I have no idea.

+CoyoteMontana That was an exclusive thing for those that pre ordered the set from Shout! Factory's website before it was officially released in stores a few months later.
It was only available for the first 215 people who pre ordered, so if you didn't get the set by that way then you were out of luck as far as the poster goes.
So I can get this from Shout! Factory's website?
If they even still have it available on the site at this point, they just recently lost the license to it and Hey Arnold! so they may no longer be carrying it for sale online.
Edit: I in fact just checked the Shout! store and neither the individual seasons or complete series sets for either of the shows are listed there anymore.
Can you put it up so I can go there?

+Howard Clark My guess is maybe he prefers that his name not be revealed on camera like how he never shows his face barring some brief unintentional glimpses in the videos for the most part, some people do that potentially for privacy reasons or because they are likely camera shy.
