I am 19 year old and in 2nd year degree now. Can I write kas after I complete my 3rd year even if my age is 20?? .. Or is it like even after I complete my graduation,, I'll have to wait one more year to be 21 year old.?

I had taken the help of many institutes.
I took prelims and mains classes from Nammakpsc (for 3 months), later did self study due to lockdown.
I took TopperIAS academy's help for essay, current affairs and Mock interviews.
I referred to copperage notes and ART classes.
I also took Unacademy classes during lockdown...
And referred to few materials of India4IAS, DrRajkumar academy,Inspiro etc
