A person needs a lot of patience when using AI for video. It can be really frustrating. But when you can get a great 4 seconds, it's a wonderful feeling. 🙂
Very true. It did take a lot of trials and errors for me. I think it will only improve in the future and we will be able to get smoother results with longer time very soon! Yes! when I saw the running scene I knew that that was a lucky one 😄
Your video tutorial here is fantastic. I think it reflects that you have actually done the work, unlike so many of these which are mostly based on an AI report. These other videos lack the details you have and act like you just put a story in, get an image then animate and it's done. But since all you get are 3 or 4 seconds of "animation" it isn't really all that you need to do. Storyboarding it out as you suggest is a much needed step. Thanks for all your details here!
Thank you so much for your kind words and constructive feedback! I really appreciate it and it helps me to understand how to structure my future videos going forward. 😄🙏
Your channel has become one of my favorite creative channels. Love the content, that you post, as well as your style of teaching and sharing this information. Also, your artwork is amazing and some of the AI stuff is absolutely hilarious. 🙏🏽
Can you try making a 3d animation video using hedra ai and upload a tutorial? Would love to see how you'd work around with it. As far as i know, it helps us create videos just with the audio and character image we upload. Thanks in advance :)
At the time, I spent probably more than 20 hours to get to my desired results. I’ve made this a while ago and the technology has improved so maybe it can be faster. It also depends on your desired quality and specific requirements like the background. You can try kling AI, which gives you more control of the movement and you can also lipsync right on the platform now. Or runway is also good as well :)
Thank you so much for your suggestions :) Also, did it take more than 20 hours to create a 5 min video? Or were you talking about the teaser video you made (that was shown in the tutorial)?
I think it's better for the motion brush to just paint over an area within the element you want to move. It doesn't have to be a perfect selection, but you shouldn't mark anything outside. So paint roughly inside a figure and make sure you don't have the sky, background, ground and overlapping elements in your selection. Leave a little distance to the edge inside the figure. Even then it can lead to undesirable results, but as far as I can tell, it helps the AI to animate the correct object/subject.
I was wondering if you should include all area you want to move or like you said. The runway tutorial seems to do what you said but didn’t explicitly say so. Thanks for clarifying. This is very helpful!!
You are absolutely skilled and amazing. I mean its all the ideas, the simplicity of yiur explanations for complex things is outstanding. Thank you and make this big 😊
AI has advanced so much, BMW has an AI robot working in their factory, Elon Musk created an AI chip that was transplanted in a few peoples brains that was unable to communicate, but now with the AI chip they can, so why is it so hard to turn and image into a simple animation video without the girl or boy turning into a frog or looking like are melting? lol By the way great work and you just got a new Subscriber! Thanks again for the slow easy to understand step by step directions you do.
You're absolutely right! AI is evolving at an insane pace-it seems like every day we hear about new breakthroughs! But yet AI animation is still not an easy process right now. It's actually kind of fascinating to see those limitations. It makes you realize how incredible the human mind is and how much we take for granted! But anyways, thanks for the kind words and the new sub! 😊 I'm so glad you found the video helpful. I'm still learning too, but I hope to see AI animation get even better soon!

Hi, Mia, I see you have a Story Bot GPT, could you share the prompt and process for generating our own Story Bot in a video?
I haven’t refined that bot to the level that I can share but this is a great idea. I will note it down. Thanks for your suggestion!
How long would it take to create 3d animation videos like these (with an approximate length of 5 minutes) with 2 characters talking to each other?

@@vijayankandaswamy866 You're welcome. I meant the teaser video I made. I am pretty picky so it takes more time for me.
