Best explanation on the logic and process to set the Twist up that I've seen yet!
Great in-depth video. I've always loved flic buttons, but the way Shortcut labs are currently treating their twist Kickstarter backers is appauling.

Thanks for this excellent in-depth review! I was sent a twist as a beta tester a few months ago and here are some thoughts. While the Flic Twist's 11 customizable positions offer great flexibility, it becomes challenging for the average user (me) to remember each position's assigned action. I find it somewhat cumbersome and, if used for more complex tasks, it's often simpler to resort to a phone for the desired action. The twist function excels in simple tasks like dimming lights but falls short for more advanced functions in my opinion.
I put little sticky notes to help remember. It's more for setting different scenes for filming tho

Is the Twist just limited to just one platform like Alexa or Hue, or can it control certain things under Alexa and under Hue?
Great video! I cant seem to get flic to answer this, do you know if Flic twist can twist control a group of bulbs at once (like ceiling lights for example) as yoi showed your single bulb? Also can you twiat through existing Lifx "scenes". The onles Alexa brings in natively from Lifx skill. Any help with this ahead purchasing would be much appreciated!
if you are going to use google devices it is good to note that google gave user location data as well as search data to the police in one incident and I'm sure there have been and will be many more. Everyone that searched for a specific radio within a region had their full name and details given to the police.
