A lot of employers might say they are not looking for a person for a particular job, but if their current employee finds somebody suitable for that role, they will hire. And that is particularly common in IT, which i guess hypixel is a part of. Not sure how that would help if admins (especially game designers like Hasco) don't know u already, but just letting u know.
