I tried to force Cassiopeia re-roll with Guinsoo's, but I didn't get any bows in my game. I had the PRISMATIC Buried Treasures, reforged 2 components AND neither in the carousel did I have a chance to get a bow (of all the carousels, only one had a bow)

One tip for next time, the shimmer augment also increases your max interest to 7, so you missed out on interest.
also as you were low on charms it was better to use arcana on the emblem, which wouldve given you more damage amp
