Hi! Is it recommendable to add a tablespoon of gramdal (hurigadale) while grinding so that the tovve gets thick consistency or will it alter the taste??
I won't recommend adding hurigadale. The coconut and hesarubele gives required thickness. Try this once..it has different aroma altogether and it is a age-old recipe from my family.
The flavour of mustard and coconut is giving very very bad flavour to this curry. People who are trying can skip mustard. It’s spoiling the entire curry
