Hard not to just stop there and catch ‘em all day, size be damned. Looks like you had fun. Hey, I’m with ya on the picture frame thing, we did the same for my mom she absolutely loves it, all her kids and grandkids share photos on it. They’re a great idea.

Yeah, those little guys were stacked up pretty good. Went back the next week, all I got was a crap ton of lady fish. I agree with you on the digital picture frame, my mom really seems to be enjoying it!

Looks like you use a swivel, or maybe a clip/snap from line to lure rather than a loop knot. I had used clips years ago but slowly just went to direct knots as the clips were lost or rusted. Can’t say one way or the other if it affected the bite or lure presentation. Did affect weight though. Doesn’t look like it gives you problems.

I was using Norton's Quick Twist Swivels. The big benefits; I can quickly change lures, which has often increased my catch percentage throwing the right lure, second, I don't burn through a lot of leader having to retie often. Right now I've ditched the swivels and use a loop knot or improved clinch knot.

@@United_By_Water Being able to quickly change lures saves you from buying an extra rod/reel just to have a different lie tied on. 🤣

Hey man I really like watching your videos..esp. the way you keep your spots under wraps, unlike so many others who are giving away good spots just to get views and likes that are so hard to come by now a days...thx

Thanks Bob. The good thing about being in a kayak is I can get in those backcountry spots that don't identify where I'm at. I know some of my videos it's pretty obvious on where I'm at but Florida doesn't have a lot of non-pressured spots left. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment.

It’s hard for social media guys to fish without a camera. They rather go home sit on the couch if they forget there camera .
20 years ago we all fished because we loved to fish, camera or not we going. Things have definitely changed

I hear ya, I fish because I love to fish and I want to share my experiences with others that have the same passion I do, whether I have a camera or not. Heck, a couple weeks ago I fished two days straight in the pouring rain a loved every minute of it. You would be very surprised how many times I don't bring the camera.
