Actually there are more than 3 free Legendary champions. you can buy shards for High Elf Nuker named Yannica who is good and Barbarian Yakarl from the Clan shop similar to Drexthar is in tag arena. There are also mission quests for 2 more Legendary champions named Ramantu and Marius but they are considerably harder than Arbiter is so you might want to finish up with her first. NOTE FOR THE ARBITER MISSIONS You will need to get 2 affinity bonuses to 10/10 to finish all the missions so I Highly recommend getting those 2 in Accuracy. Also don't forget the FREE champions you get from the Doom Tower the first couple Epics are good and at least the first Legendary is good. If you are not finishing the secret rooms then you will want to start finishing them. For your Great hall I would recommend that you work on getting all affinities up to a reasonable point then start working on other states. Resistance does come in handy down the road as well so you might want to work on some of that as well.
The path to Lydia is much longer than you would think. It's always good to progress in faction wars, but not at the expense of suspending progress in other areas of the game. If you just build good champions, you will find that after a while you can get very far in faction crypts with them. For example, Rector Drath will carry a team of 5*s probably, but that doesn't mean you should just rush to build whatever as a 5* if it doesn't help you. Sooner or later you'll get a Whisper and a Sepulcher Sentinel and suddenly the crypts for them are done. Then later on you can start looking at building some champions for Faction War specifically. Usually this is in the form of some support that can rez. The real secret for me in faction wars however wasn't champions, but good regen sets. For most people, you are going to look at anywhere between 9 to 12 months to get Lydia I think.
I'm really glad that you're gotten your Wu Kong to pretty competitive levels. Great crit damage, fantastic speed. A*. You should be wrecking nerds with him at this stage and you might make it to silver in live arena. Next, there are actually a ton of free champs in raid that you can work towards. There are the four permanent fusions, Rhazin, Trash epic number 1, Broadmaw and, saving the best for last, Lady Mikage. I'd recommend you do a little video going through those guys in depth since there are a lot of otherwise useless characters that you definitely need for them. Next, the clan shop free legendaries are actually good. Yannica had to get nerfed because she was broken with Wixwell and Yakarl can put in some surprisingly effective work in a multitude of teams.

In arena great hall. Start with Acc, Res, later on with crit damage. Top em up and move and always adyust to your affinity priority.

High level clans offer 2 more FREE Legos to collect in the clan shop the same way Drexthar is with fragments ;)
Their is also yannica and Mithrala for free also
