Body dysmorphia is really a thing along with mental illness. I’m a victim to it.
Vanity is a bad addiction. These women need to seek Jesus and rebuke that demon from their life or it will take their life one way or another.

I had babies back to back as well… I was a size 6 now I’m a size 12…. I was depressed just looking at my self, but I’ve made changes and I’m currently working out and dieting and I feel great also I’ve lost weight… you can do it you just really want it.

Ashwaganda is good for depression, it’s natural… anything the doctors prescribes is too strong and has side effects, maybe long term… I love Dr. Berg’s channel on here, he has several videos on it!
I agree Dr Berg is amazing!!! And Dr. Hyman. But be careful because certain herbal remedies can affect those that have autoimmune diseases.

Ashwagandha is not recommended for everyone. It left me with a massive headache for 2 weeks straight. It was horrible.
