Ignoring the fact that she makes a couple of subtle hints at the character being Tanjiro, saying that the character only has one blade, but she does say it is interesting so… I think that Inosuke would be the most logical conclusion

No we are somebody else(just our normal selves) that was in the same demon spider family arc and we fought a different demon but shinobu saved us when we passed out from fighting and we are at the insect pillar house building place(idk what it’s called) and we are being cured from poison. She says Zenitsu is there because she says “I have one in the next room complaining about the taste of his medicine”. Sorry I took it too literally and got serious.
