I wish I would have known about this kit back when I did my front end. Mine is still ok, running CT rods which fix bump steer. I also have the halo big end diff with RCVs on my 64 inch and am running CT Raceworx high clearance boxed a arms and they clear everything...maybe those would work for you too and allow you to run HD arms, both upper and lower. Great videos, love watching y'all send it. cheers
Best update I can give is everything is great except for the rod ends that come with the Hess rods. They’re junk. Grab some fk jmx 5/8” rod ends and you won’t have to change them in 2 rides
I just got a new 2022 XRC model. I'm about to add the Hess brace as well along with the Shock Therapy bump steer delete tie rods. Do I also need to add the steering flag too or will I be ok without? Thank you!
I can't tell you for sure one way or another honestly. If you're planning on riding hard, it's quite a good fix. Also, being that your machine is new, vs mine with 2500mi, you may not encounter any issues like I've got any time soon. Mike's machine that broke an inner, has about 700mi on it for example, but I've never broken one, just had them get really sloppy.
One more question, how much did you need to clearance the diff? I'm wary of taking off any material, heck might be different on the 64 inch and have less angle, might not be an issue. How much did you need to remove?
I think it’s worth buying, but after some use, the Hess rod ends are junk, and I’d definitely say to install a new rack as they recommend. I think mine is wearing the slider quicker because it was pretty worn already
I have the hess brace already. Just ordered a brand new rack and a hess flag. I have the shock therapy tie rods already. Can’t you convert the ST tie rods to a 5/8 heim to use them with the hess flag?
As far as I know, the flag needs a longer tie rod. Approximately 1". I'm not sure whether or not you can make it work. I know hess sells their own, amd now ct offers a set to work as well.-Brandon
@@WDTOOffRoad before I buy another set I’m going to check Monday. Did you change the upper bushings without having to remove the whole front end? I have to do that as well. I have the garage products bushings and CT arms upper and lower.
I’m all about making this thing stronger! Can’t wait for Black Mountain.
Brandon, post Black Mountain thoughts?

Yeah, I plan to go to CT lowers this winter at least. The satv arms have treated me well, but not near as high clearance.- Brandon
Definitely going this route thanks for the video

Sorry for the couple camera/audio issues guys, we tried to work around them best we could! Any concerns I didn't address, let me!
Looks real nice, should be able to keep up with the Polaris boys now 😂😂
Yeah, I'm doubtful you're included in the "polaris boys" then 🤣
Calm down there killer. But also, challenge accepted Polaris boy.
Sweet!

How much you charge to install? I can’t fit under the steering wheel. Lol
I'm sure we could do it over a few drinks in a few hours, bring it on down!

Mainly just rounded off the corner, then kind of feathered it out
But It was a decent amount on the corner before it would clear.
New sub here also!
Welcome!
I need the link please 👍💪
How was it sofare? Did it loosen up and get play now? Really would like a update. Is this worth getting or buy a rack
