East Boston: The Staten Island of Boston

East Boston, nicknamed Eastie, is a distinct neighborhood among many. Known for its Italian influence and more recently its Latino heritage, Eastie has played a great role in shaping Boston as it continues to adapt to the many challenges that come with such an attractive city.
