There's a bit of a misconception going around the episode. When Uzui refers to Daki as not the one he is looking for, it's mostly because of how effortlessly he cut her head (her being weakened by Nezuko and too focused on her as well), both her and Gyutaro are Upper Six.
@professional doggo Both Daki and Gyutaro are upper six and share the title. But yes Gyutaro is the main strength that makes upper six; but they both still share the title anyways.
Gyutaro is a lot stronger than Daki, let's just say that Daki is a lot stronger than Lower Moon 1 but a lot weaker than Upper Moon 6. Also, demons of the Twelve Kizuki probably doesn't get tired even after getting their entire body destroyed.
I mean, Tanjiro couldn't even see Gyutaro when he could keep up with Daki (without going past his limits). Daki is just using her title as an Upper Moon 6 but the true Upper Moon 6 here is Gyutaro.
I'm a manga reader, I can prove that.
I'v seen quite a few reactors forget that demons can't kill other demons, aside from Muzan of course. Even Daki said it in the last episode -- she would have to absorb Nezuko into her belt and have the sun roast her. So unless Nezuko was gonna incapacitate her until morning, it was just gonna be an endless back-and-forth.

I mean there are 2 upper demons that were former demon slayers that still use demon enhanced breathing styles. Maybe they could also kill demons. Unless of course the blades aren't the same, but they could just take a sword from another demon slayer.

Daki and Gytaro are rare demons that stick together after becoming demons. They had a bond, and were able to keep it even after changing to demons. Muzan decided to let them be number 6 together. Its not just the brother, they both are upper 6, working together as one.
Yeah very rare indeed that both of them need to beheaded at the same time to kill them.

Muzan said Gyutaro would have had the potential to replace Gyokko (upper moon 5) if he didn't care for his sister as much. It's not Daki being weaker than him that brings Gyutaro down, it's his care and humanity for her that brings him down.
The Bamboo didn't stop her from eating people, it's like a muzzle but ultimately her giving in to her demon instincts is what led her to nearly killing a human.
I do think it helps her control herself though, it gives her something to bite into. Like people who munch on grass when they are starving to fool their hunger. Sure it's not actual food but so long as you can trick your brain into thinking that you're eating something it still helps.

both Nezuko and Daki are technically 14 and 13 years old and their emotions moments when they cry shows their age. And reminder if Nezuko had indeed attacked that women who was bleeding then Giyu, Urokodaki, and Tanjiro would have to commit suicide.

Uzui is actually the fastest hashira and the one with better reaction, the fact that gyuutaro can match him proves already how powerful he is
there are different speeds he is fastest running hashia while there are other hashiras who have faster techniques.

Some info about Gyutaro and Daki!
So both of them are Uppermoon 6! But in terms of power, you could say that Gyutaro is more powerful than Daki, think of him as a trump card! If Tanjiro is the main fighter and Nezuko is somewhat "backup", its kinda like these two! Daki is the "shell" and Gyutaro is the "main unit" or in layman's term the trump card.
I REALLYYY like Gyutaro's voice, it fits him so well. I am very excited for the next episodes, because the real battle starts now.
I love the voice acting for gyutaaro, i imagined a rough voice and they gave him a rough AND coarse voice, absolutely love it...

Daki acts like a child because she Is technically still is one. While her brother gives her the super regeneration abilities they still have their own equal strengths both are seprate demons it's only when they come together is what makes the Upper Six.
Hanen't you watched season 1? It s clear in this anime, that demons CAN NOT kill other demons no matter how much they beat them. Demons can only die by decapitation by a Nichirin sword, exposure to sunlight, or killed by Muzan himself. So no Nezuko couldn't have killed Daki. She was just torturing her.

To answer your question, in terms of power, Uzui is amongst the weakest Hashira. However, in terms of strength, Uzui is definitely up there, probably amidst the Top 5 Strongest Demon Slayer Hashiras. To put it into context, power is derived of one’s abilities, so it’s not in terms of how powerful a breathing technique is by itself but by the one using it. As for strength, it’s basically human strength, and since Uzui is able to cut off a demons head, he is strong. There seems to be a bit of missunderstanding, specially from those who have not read the manga yet, and it's fine.
What follows aren't spoilers. Gyutaro and Daki are brothers. Gyutaro ultimately doesn't care about ranks, and that's why he has been the Upper Moon 6 for such a long time (demons can defy other demons in order to best them and claim their rank). Daki, his sister, is strong, but not strong enough (not by far) to be an Upper Moon, altho she is significantly more stronger than a lower demon. The reason why they are both classified as Upper Moon 6 is because Gyutaro refuses to leave her and is and always will be by her side. Since they work in tandem, they are both considered Upper Moon 6 (and of course, Muzan has shared his blood with both of them, but remember that every demon has Muzan's blood and that by itself doesn't make you an Upper), but in terms of power and overall capabilities, the real deal here is Gyutaro.
Not to dismiss Daki, tho. Daki herself has skilled 7 Hashira in the past, altho we don't know the details on those battles so we can't be sure if she got help from her brother or fought by herself. The point is, Daki is strong, but not on a Upper Moon level. Gyutaro, on the other hand, is significantly stronger, to the point that, wasn't for the fact that he refuses to leave her little sister, he probably could be Upper Moon 4.
Gyutaro maybe stronger then Gyokyo but hantengu one shot him he is stronger then the most powerful hashira gyomei
FYI, demons can't kill eachother no matter how much they beat each other up. Muzan is the only demon that can kill another demon. Cutting a demons head off with a Nichirin blade is the only other way to kill a demon.

Demons fighting each other is pointless because they can't do fatal damage to each other. The only thing that can kill them is the sun or the nichirin sword. This was already said by Tamayo in season 1

Its still debatable who is stronger either Rengoku or Uzui even Uzui is more senior than Rengoku in the Corp. However Rengoku faced Upper Moon 3 alone that is super much stronger than these siblings Upper 6. So I will vote that Rengoku stronger than Uzui.

Gyutaro is the real upper 6 but since he loves daki sm. He shares his power with her. So basically they're both upper 6. Daki is very beautiful unlike Gyutaro he's not bless with beauty but he's really strong. Despite the differences the siblings bond is really beautiful. Gyutaro treasures daki sm. They're like tanjiro and nezuko. They're one of my fave demons.
ye he is super strong, idk if you read manga but they said that he could be upper rank 4 if he wanted but he didnt want to abandon Daki and literally didnt care about position, and in manga when he emerged from her back there was stated '' true wielder of number 6'' but they skipped that part :(
