The dual-Epyc CPUs in Der8auer's latest creation are cooled using a combination of Novec 7100 fluid (with a boiling point of ~61C) and two Heatkiller blocks. The system is able to achieve top marks in Cinebench and other benchmarks, and has been overclocked in spite of AMD's best efforts to lock-down overclocking.

Bat shit crazy epyc system. Just two years ago this level of performance on consumer hardware would have been impossible. Intel has run out of respawns while AMD has ryzen from its ashes.

This is NOT consumer hardware.
Der8auer purchased this hardware. I could purchase this hardware for myself as well. Its available to consumers for purchase thus consumer hardware.
You can literally buy anything if you have enough money. How is that related to if something is consumer hardware or not? You could buy a Xeon if you'd want to. Or a Dell Blade Center or an IBM System or whatever. If you have the cash you can get it. So therefore everything is consumer hardware, right?
Also der8auer works frequently together with caseking through which he can get his hands on pretty much every hardware he likes.

It's a shame that Gamers Nexus can't do more videos with der8aurer, because they actually make a great host duo, Steve and Roman do complement each other, one has the sass, more to the point actitude for the audience while knowing just what he talks about that every video needs and the other has a more deep OC and hardware knowledge, and they seem to enjoy the production.
Also both of you have the desire to get to the bottom of stuff, that this industry needs.

+Gamers Nexus is the 3M fluid going to ionise over time and become electrically conductive over time similarly to deionised water in liquid cooling loops? Since the whole system is submerged it will be in contact with plenty of metals and alloys. For example tin + silver in the lead free solder, chrome plating on various metal connectors, copper in fan coils/heatsinks/blocks/cable harnesses, aluminium in electrolytic capacitor shells and connectors etc.

the tank probably doesn't woble much it's 10mm thick acrylic glass and on his channel roman said that the novec fluid builds up quite a lot of pressure (2 bar or 200 kPa) when it evaporates inside the tank. that's almost like a tire.
