Titanium gong no.9

I've made 4 new gongs in the last 6 months or so, but have held back from videoing them as I have discovered that they take a few months to "settle" after all the forging and heating.
This one is 47inches in diameter, and is forged from pure grade 1 titanium, 2.5mm thick. You can find more details on my website at barrymasonfineart.com.

Wow this one is something else....It seems the difficulties you experienced in the forging actually created an even more beautiful and powerful sound. I just LOVE the bass on it.
