@@Islam4Truthh Quranic, QuranProgress and Kalaam. Only the latter is entirely free (at least on Android for me) but I would definitely say Quranic is my favourite. This is Quran specific Arabic apps but if you want general Arabic stuff check out the Madina books and the r/learn_arabic subreddit for more suggestions.
