I flew to Houston, Texas for The BuffBunny Grounds Anniversary / Best Day of my life

Hello Loves-
A few months ago I make a huge decision to save up and fly to Houston to attend the BuffBunny Grounds app 1 year anniversary. BuffBunny is one of the first influencers I found on RUclips. She sparked a passion that I was lacking in self care, fitness, nutrition, and love!! I was blessed to meet her in person in 2016. A moment when I thought my life was headed nowhere. I was still recovering my heart and trust after escaping an abusive relationship that left me shattered and broken hearted. The worst part of the physical abuse was the verbal that came with it. Being told some of the biggest fears of myself. I just didn't think love and happily ever after were for me. Heidi told me that I was so worth great things, and that she could tell I was a survivor and fighter. She reminded me to love myself first, and true love would follow after. She was right., Just a month later I took a leap on a blind date, and found my soul mate. We have now been together for 8 years, and married for 4. In March of this year, I lost my other great love, my mother. She lost her fight with Alzheimers, and was taken to heaven where she can always be happy, healthy and free. I fell into the worst state of depression that I have ever been. Didn't want to workout, eat right, love my husband, love myself.. I decided to download The Grounds app to hopefully spark some encouragement , and it did. Flying to Houston fore the event may have been costly, but it was so much more than worth it. I will follow and be daily inspired by Heidi Somers for the rest of my life. She is truly a gift for humanity and I hope her spirit rubs off on more people in this world!!
