Hi, Ricci Rich NYC. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the flight disruption. We understand how frustrating it can be, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. However, we hope for your kind understanding as well as our utmost priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of our passengers, which can occasionally lead to disruptions in flight operations for safety reasons. We assure you that we are actively working to minimize these disruptions and to ensure that passengers reach their destination as soon as possible. We highly appreciate your kind understanding and we hope that you give us another opportunity to serve you better. Thank you for flying with us!
Thanks for your comment! I know looks can be deceiving but it's important to remember that nationality and ethnicity are two different things. I'm American because both my parents are, and I was born in the USA. However, I might look Filipino because of my family's background. Ethnicity is about your cultural and ancestral roots, while nationality is about your legal connection to a particular country. If you'd like to learn more, you can check out Google; there's a lot of information there that can help you understand this better. 🙂
@@spragongI appreciate your perspective. Your comment indeed aligns with what I initially shared about my nationality and ethnicity. Your recognition that I'm American contradicts your earlier statement and helps clarify the distinction between ethnicity and nationality. It's great that we can have open discussions about these topics, as they help us all learn and grow. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.🙂

@spragong Crab mentality 🤨
@spragong What does an American look like, anyway?
@spragong She appears American to me and definitely sounds like one.
Why do you say your American when you obviously look full blooded filipino?
