A bad bout of anxiety happened to me Sarah , in my mid/late thirties can’t quite remember the exact age. Just poof…out of nowhere! Went to see my gp, a therapist and couldn’t figure why all of a sudden I had raging and relentless anxiety. I’m 42 now and it has since settled (although I have tiny bouts here and there). I found increasing my magnesium intake helped tremendously (bananas, nut mixes and soaking my feet In magnesium or taking a bath with epsom salts) and lots of sunshine (my vitamin d was very during the height of my anxiety. I know you will work through this and find healthy ways to address. Sending love and light! Another beautiful vlog …shay is so stinkin cute

Thank you for posting about your anxiety. I’m in a very similar situation where I’m in my early 30’s and am experiencing true anxiety for the first time so I know hard it can be. I just reached out and started therapy this week myself. Sending good thoughts your way!
It seems to be somewhat common in our 30s, who woulda guessed?! I also have scheduled time w a therapist and have my first full session this week. Thank god for therapists 😅
Anxiety is no joke and thank you for opening up ans sharing your struggles. The waffle towels really nice and my kids love the fidgets as well. Shay is so cute and seems like such a calm baby. Hubby's surprise was very sweet.

Aw girl, a change in mental health is always so hard. Seeing that you’re a new mom you should look into postpartum. It’s something that’s not talked about but so real for new moms. Great to hear that your seeking professional help, it’s the best thing you could do for yourself.

Stopping midway to comment re: anxiety. I had a rush of anxiety when my kids were v small. I had twins at 35 and work in tech. Everything required my attention and involvement and there wasn’t much “me” left. Everything I was was in service of others and it was hard to manage as a “driven” person. It was overwhelming after spending my whole life in girlfriend/wife/employee mode. I would have moments where I was certain I was going to black out. It was v scary. I sought help and was given Wellbutrin. I stayed on it for 2 years and then weaned off. It hasn’t come back beyond the standard, “global pandemic/WWIII impending doom/incessant work calls” anxiety. I’m not comparing my situation to yours but I understand and hope you seek some help. It’s not something we can push ourselves through and it can be debilitating. Good luck and thank you for speaking about it. I’m literally watching this video to escape some end of quarter stress at work and I’m sorry to find that you’re overwhelmed too.

Anxiety could be due to transitioning from main job to YT. Your body is exerting the fear that maybe your gut is storing. Breath and always speak to your inner self ‘this will pass’ … hope this helps
I definitely think you’re right! Every time I think about quitting my job my anxiety goes through the roof! Im a very cautious person and the dependable nature of a corporate job feels safe.
I have anxiety ..I lost my baby boy he was just six months old .. then I lost my brother
Did my mom and my dad the anxiety is real but I pray a lot and try to keep busy
And exercise.. try exercise it helps a lot
