Another way to farm mastery levels is doing missions and consume luck boosters, pray to get mastery scrolls and then choose the skill you want to level up, i did it for about 3 hours and i got my Judgment innate to 290.
Me personally, I think bosses are the best way to level up after your lvl 60, i got to lvl 72 just by doing the lvl 60, easy boss. But missions are the best to grind before lvl 60
