I think if the majority of US major cities had to start over and rebuilding themselves again they would not create downtown areas this time. Most US cities downtown areas are basically ghost towns now. The days of seeing office workers walking on the streets is over.
Yes, I agree. I think the time and money spent on the moment when the downtown areas were created were very short sighted for the longevity of generations. With Automation being fueled by people now not wanting to work as essentially slaves or indentured servants, aside from architecture, it makes the downtown areas of a lot of US cities look a bit unnecessary.
I watch a lot of walking tour videos and this is by far the best one I’ve seen of Atlanta because you’re covering Midtown rather than Downtown. Definitely a better vibe. Thank you for this coverage.
