And the thing is neither of them needed to die. It wouldn’t kill for EastEnders to be a bit more respectful of its long-standing cast (like Corrie) instead of killing off several characters a year. It’s so bad with EE that at times they even bring back certain characters pretty much specifically to die again (Mad May, Charlie, etc.). It only worked with Dirty Den and Ethel and they were very much anomalies.
Sean Slater isn't helping at all. Stacey was right to set things right. Sean has done it now, he never seems to realise it's not about him, Stacey is more likeable. Sean is on his last chance. and then gone. but only just.
