This is a lesson that just by pretending something is premium makes it premium
So much of sales is perception anyway. Even selling your way into a relationship is about doing whatever it takes to boost your perceived value.
I mean... if it looks premium and the sharks say it feels premium, what else is it?

The cape and the vest on the mannequins look great. I think not as many people would pay that much for a blanket (though they would make great gifts for rich people) but a wide range of people would easily pay that much for outerwear if it looks good. Not sure about young people not being into faux fur. It was so weird of her to not thank her when she went out though. Things come around again and again. Faux fur vests were around a handful of years ago. The owner should not go around talking about how it feels like real mink though. People don't want to make that connection in their mind. They just like the feeling of furriness.
I'd be embarrassed to say on national tv to my customers " it costs $290 to customer but $30 to me" What??!! Even with overhead, etc.... a bit greedy.
