TRIPLE BERRY COMPOTE STUFFED FRENCH TOAST

I love trying new things in the kitchen. I especially love trying to re-create food that I have had out at restaurants. So this is my attempt at the Disney world Cinderella castle, stuffed French toast and a little restaurant on the beach in Maui Hawaii Berry compote on top.
