But after seeing how you guys have embraced this moment, I'm very happy and now understand that it was more important for the hammer to come to Georgia. It clearly means more and is appreciated more in Georgia.

There has never been an arm wrestler whose combined power technical execution, and humility on the table have come close to levan's.
In my mind, he is the most dominant and admirable arm-wrestler ever.
It was great to see levan's mother asking her son if he feels better after getting flu like symptoms. His parents are a cute couple - humble and dignified.
Man im just more and more in awe of how humble, graceful this legend is, seriously if there's something more special than how far Levan of anyone else within this sport its that the spirit that he possess.

I was disappointed with the drama and the names that Devon, a fellow countryman of mine, spoke to you… I believe he had good intentions at first. After Devon beat Micheal Todd he spoke about how he wanted the “Legacy” hammer to get to its true home (you), which at the time I thought was very honourable and respectful to you… I was ashamed of how unprofessional and disrespectful things became after.
On behalf if Canada, I would like to apologize for the insults and lack of sportsmanship. As a recent Cancer survivor, I look up to you as an inspiration for strength, inspiration to keep fighting and surviving . You are a hero to me, not only for your physical strength, but because you are simply a good man, with good values and morals.

I love Devon, but I didnt like how he acted.. Levan doesn’t understand our North American bullshit rhetoric, smacktalk etc.. the so called biggest match in history was a joke. Lets face it, Devons 50 (damn near), he’d still destroy a lot of people.. but to beat Levan, he would need to strengthen his entire frame, lots of powerlifting movements (deadlifts, squats, bench, rows)… he was poking fun of Levan for being fat, but that mans probably has crazy core muscles, look at Hafthor and Eddie Hall, freaky cores.. and all that shits going to play a role when you’ve got both technical ability and strength. I wanted to see Devon win, like he did with Micheal Todd.. their friends, the smack talk was overlooked.. my parents served 40 years in the forces.. 40 friken years.. my whole damn family.. I think our country could be represented with more pride and respect… and I’ll express that if I damn well want to.
