Fasting broke down strong holds that would never been done in my life. Saw Satan standing in front of me accusing me before God continuously. I asked the Lord why is he here? The Lord spoke,” Behold I gave you power to tread upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall hurt you. So I rebuke him and he fled away. The Lord cleansed me from mental bondages that wouldn’t move. They have been there since childhood. Fasted for days crying to be free. Now the bondage is broken hallelujah!!

Beautiful explained abvt fasting prayers
When I was young in seeking the Lord he told me what to do to fast 3times a week. Saw the synagogue of Satan being cast into a pit. The unclean lifestyle was purified. After the fasting went completely fulfilled he told me to do what Isaiah 43:18-19. Now waiting to hear what kind of fast he has for me to perform before him.
Isaiah 43:18
[NIV]“Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.
Isaiah 43:19
[KJV]Behold, I will do a new thing;
now it shall spring forth;
shall ye not know it?
I will even make a way in the wilderness,
and rivers in the desert.
Keep this command, It will deliver us from painful memory

I have chills man! For several years I have said that Satans colors are black and red because this was something the Lord had impressed upon my spirit. Thank you for confirmation because if I say this to anyone else they just look at me like I have 3 eyes lol

我知道撒督牧师长期禁食会吃些对身体有益的食物，如 水果....
但他单单喝水的禁食比较多，
重要是有规律的禁食，如 每个月一次禁食祷告
