    Aumente a potência do alto-falante e abaixe um pouco o volume do pré, no seu caso, o celular. O som vai ganhar amplitude e qualidade. Muito bons esses projetos com esse Monstro denominado 2N3055. Nos dias de hoje, ele ainda não perde ponto para nenhum outro. Basta você melhorar a excitação dele que sempre você terá um surpresa agradável. Excelente! Parabéns pelo vídeo!!!

    Its not possible to get 50 watt output directly using 12 v power supply, and some dc voltage are coming on speaker terminal. So this is not suitable for commercial use

    This build has a lack of mechanical connections and will start to fail in a short period of time. Due to vibration and movement, one or more components will come loose from the board. Also, there are no heat sinks on the transistors.

    DC through the speaker is NO NO !!! And max swing vill be 6V- Usat Pmax U*U/Z 6*6/Z 36/4 (imp loudspeaker) 9W

    El circuito esquemático está mal hecho... yo lo hice conforme el diagrama y no me funcionó... pero hice los mismos procedimientos del video y hay si funcionó además veo que usas resistencias de 20 ohm y 60 ohm ... y eso no indica en el diagrama

    Ok funcionou 👍, mas dessa forma que foi montado consome muita corrente,
    ficaria mais interessante se a etapa de potência fosse feita com 2 transistor um PNP, e um NPN,
    E no pré poderia ser um BC548 ou um BD135, eu acredito que dessa forma o consumo de corrente seria menor,
    mas ok o que importa é a intenção 👍👍

    I do not see the need for the 50 turn coil in the circuit.

      i TOTALLY agree, BUT...if i was...to put it in?, i would connect it BEFORE the first 200k...followed by a 1,000uf/25v electrolytic cap at the right-hand side of the coil with the negative leg to the ground point (as that would help to take out the "ripple" in the DC supply) thats the MAIN reason ...WHY it's there!!...
      BUT...
      ..A MUCH BETTER IDEA.... is to disconnect the supply from the speaker, and connect directly to the collectors of both 2N3055 transistors (as they are acting as a
      Darlington transistor arrangement in the circuit, ie..sharing the
      current/load)..also there is a Zobel r/c circuit that is also missing?
      (ie : a 1 ohm resistor + a 100nf cap) connected together..and connected
      between one of the speaker terminals and ground, which helps to
      stabilise the output frequency..as it varies!!)..next...connect a 3,300uf/25v (or higher)"COUPLING" cap from the collectors of the 2 x 2N3055 Audio output transistors to the speaker (to block dc supply from getting to the speaker),....and in MY opinion..this would be a MUCH better arrangement....and.....
      as for the other comments about this circuit being 50watts? NO WAY??..more like 15watts-to-20watts? maybe? (but you WOULD need a basic TL071 or TL072 op-amp chip and build a preamp circuit...to give it a bit of gain!!...and...to wake it up!!..so that it WOULD sound more like 50watts!!..ok?..hope this helps somebody? if you would like to see the "modification" circuit (that i have discussed above) try me at CinematechaL at yahoo dot co dot uk

    Working perfect...
    But not 50 watt.. I have built this circuit..
    I have add the pre-amplifier too..
    Sound great no any distortion..
    But
    Not 50 watt..

    Con 12 volt hai una Potenza rms di Max. 6 watt , oppure 12 watt musicali, oppure 24 watt di picco (pwpm) , molto lontano dai 50 watt che tu dichiari . Auguri e saluti.

      @Marco Franciosi Si ma comunque tutto il circuito è sballato, poi non capisco quei 2 finali in parallelo quando ne bastava uno , oltretutto senza resistenze per equslizzare beta transistor . Quello che mi fa piu rabbia è che nessuno qui impara niente , e quei Pochi ragazzi che vogliono avvicinarsi al elettronica dopo un Po penseranno che è troppo difficile e mollerano tutto.

      I'm not saying that this thing is 50w but what you sed was stupid. Car amplifier are 12v and they are way over 50w some of them over 5000w. You were saying!

      @@diyking9k74 No stupid, car audio amplifier use a switching power supply to get high voltage, the amplifier itself don´t use 12 volts.

      sorry to dissage with you...but you CAN get 50watts IF....you use a
      12vdc/5 amp power supply or...a CAR battery!! it can be done!!
      BUT...you MUST have a GREAT BIG heatsink and use plenty of heatsink coumpound...ok?
      ....otherwise this amp will BE "dead in the water" ok?
      this is 45 years of electronics experience which i have been doing since 1974.

      it's to reduce spikes in the dc supply!! (i am an electronics service engineer)

      he SHOULD have added another 3,300uf/25v electrolytic capacitor at the speaker end to smooth off the supply (BEFORE...CONNECTING IT TO THE SPEAKER)...i don't understand why he didn't do that?? strange??...and as most people rightly pointed out...this amp NEEDS a decent heatsink to keep it cool and...below ambient room temperature... i hope that answers your question?

    No DC block on the output ! Speaker moves when connecting power. Not good for the speaker..

    A pair of 2N3055s in free air and about 5 V of DC offset! Which gets the hottest, the transistors or the loudspeaker voice coil and where is the feedback loop? If amplifiers were this easy we wouldn't be paying hundreds of pounds/dollars/whatever for them. There are too many examples of bad electronics on youtube and this is just one of them.

    There is NO way you can get 50w with a 12 volt supply. Do not crank the vol. to much or you will have a pile of junk
