Exactly *this* is the beauty of good music. You can interpret it how you want, express it how you want and truly appreciate it how you want. There's no "good singing" and "bad singing". I'm sure Elvis would have been proud of these children taking his song to express in front of many people. And I'm sure that a person who truly appreciates such melody knows there are no boundaries when singing a song. In my opinion, no kid "butchered" or "ruined" the song. If anything, they made it more beautiful and unique by singing it how they wanted to.
