Best way to learn formations of your playing style is play season (not FUT) with different teams with different formation. try different formations with different teams PSG, MADRID, FRANCE, BAYERN, LIVERPOOL.
4321 works best for me with PSG, for france 4-4-2 mbappe main striker, Madrid 5-4-1 vini jr main striker, liverpool 4321 jota main striker. I use same tactics for everyone. if you use different tactics then you will lose more.
