A balanced approach with some tightening combined with increased supply would be a better option but that will never happen with Democrats in control.

Mid air recharging batteries ( if ever even possible) would take hours given energy transfer rates and the fact that the batteries continue to draw down power while still recharging..A 5 hour mission could take weeks at least.
Not to mention batteries bursting into flames from over heating etc.

By the way, rather than ratcheting up interest rates to extreme levels, which may or may not happen, and tightening the money supply to bring down inflation, we could take a play out of Reagan’s playbook - cut taxes, reduce regulation and increase the supply of goods and services rather than solely focusing on demand destruction and all the pain that entails for American families, especially those with low or modest incomes. A balanced approach with some tightening combined with increased supply would be a better option but that will never happen with Democrats in control.
