Who is Marty? I will pray with you for Marty. Maybe he was hurt by another Christian...or he prayed and prayers not answered like he asked. I find both of those to be true with younger generations sometimes. From my experience in talking with them, they don't seem to understand how to process unwavering love & devotion. I'm sure that's not true in all cases but many I've talked to just won't allow the 'mending' to be done. Its very sad. I pray Marty finds peace, hope & love like never before.❤🙏🏼

My husband was abused physically and had cancer as a child, when i met him he stuttered so bad he could barely state his name. Today he speaks clearly, is cancer free, and a great father to both our children. The victory belongs to Jesus!!

joshua leong yes only God knows his heart but it does come into question where the songs he wrote truly from the heart for God or was it all a front because sure the songs sound Godly and they talk about God but was the intent there in the first place . I think this is a wake up call for us believers as far as putting people on a platform because the Bible does warn us about it .

For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge?

Know that there are a lot of believers that are praying for you. It's not an accident that you have been greatly used by God through your songs. He's still the same, He never changed. You are loved.

This song reminds me of the first time I went to church and decided to accept Jesus. I was existential for many years and thought I would never figure it out, felt so hopeless. One day I just went to church with a friend and they sang this song and I felt everything fall into place and I just felt so emotional and happy. I struggle with anxiety and depression and lately it's been hard for me to fall asleep at night. My mind just won't stop. But this song has brought me so much peace and comfort!! It helps me to focus on Him and He gives me rest. ❤

I love and pray for Marty. I imagine the Enemy would attack such a talented and beautiful human as Marty. There are strange birds that come by a tree close to my room every midnight in Nigeria, chirping loudly. One night, I woke up and I stumbled on this song.
I kept playing it over and over and praying to Elohim to prove his Kingdom stands above every power and living being.
To God be the glory, it’s 3 weeks now and I can testify to God those birds no longer disturb me.

I am a PK and theres a lot of things runs in my mind. A lot of questions that i ask to God and i ask God so many times if He is real. Asking Him Do you love me? Do care about me and THOSE QUESTIONS DRIFT ME MORE AWAY FROM GOD. YES IM ALWAYS PRESENT IN THE CHURCH AND I WAS ONE OF THE MUSCICIANS BUT WHEN THE SERVICE START SEEMS LIKE I DONT BELIEVE ON IT ANYMORE "THE WORSHIP THE WORDS". MY LIFE BECOME MISERABLE, A MESS! AND I WAS SO SO FAR FROM GOD! BUT THAT DAY WHEN I REALIZED THAT I WAS SO SO FAR FROM HIM I TRIED PRAYING TO GOD ASKING FOR HELP EVEN MY HEART IS AS COLD AS ICE BUT THEN I TRIED TO PRAY AND I SAY EVERYTHING THAT "WHATS GOING ON IN MY LIFE LORD?"
THEN I STARTED CRYING COZ I WAS SO MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY AND SPIRITUALLY TIRED! AND THEN I CRIED A LOT FOR ALSMOT AN HOUR AND HE LIFTED ME UP! AND NOW IM LIVING FOR HIM MY LIFE IS FOR HIM! JESUS ONLY IS THE ANSWER! GOD IS LOVE!
