Mattress Firm picked up the mattress today that I purchased three weeks ago (this was before watching your videos)…I returned it for a fee but after watching your videos and taking the quiz on your website I knew what I wanted.
I just purchased this Happsy mattress with the topper using your link on the RUclips description part. I wanted to make you got your cut for helping me educate and decide on what I really wanted. Can’t wait to lay on my new mattress soon!😊

By far this is the most detailed review of the Happsy bed. Providing more than a 15 minute review was so helpful. I appreciate the explanation about the different certifications and associated levels. I also appreciate the testing performed with the adjustable frame using both with and without the topper. Performance with an adjustable frame will be an major consideration for my mattress purchase. Thank you!

I’ve had a Happsy for two years- with the topper- and I love it. It’s quite comfortable both with or without the topper. I’m 5 foot, 210 pounds, female. I chose it after researching mattresses for weeks. I’m surprised that this mattress isn’t popular- it’s never on any “best of” lists. Actually, I never see it anywhere, but it should be, in my opinion.

Hi Maryshell -- The "best of" mattress lists that you see on the internet are 100% paid placements, meaning the brands that are shown on those lists spend a ton of money to be called the "best mattress" for this or that. The whole premise of the Happsy brand is to make the benefits of owning a certified organic mattress accessible to people who otherwise might not be able to afford one. This means stripping out as many extraneous costs as possible, and those types of marketing costs are a big one. So the reason they aren't on those lists is that it would be impossible for them to be on those lists while still making this mattress as affordable as it is. Of course, this does make this brand harder to find, but that has nothing to do with how popular it is amongst real consumers who do find it.
Separately, if you're willing to share your experience as a real owner of a Happsy mattress, the best way to do that is by posting a review of this product on GoodBed, which you can do here: www.goodbed.com/review-mattress/model/happsy/
      I hope that's helpful.

@@goodbed OMG! That makes total sense! I can’t believe I didn’t realize such an obvious thing! 😳
I needed the best quality, ten inch, twin mattress I could find, so I searched and researched for weeks, and then I chose the Happsy. I think I made a wise choice, because it’s an extremely high quality bed, for a lower price. It’s very comfortable. I’d be happy to review it. I just had to order another new mattress, and I got the Saatva, this time. Still waiting for it. I’m worried now that it might be totally over-hyped, because the Saatva is on many “best of” lists.

thank you!! I would like to get your advice on choosing a mattress. i have allergies and a lot of mattresses have exacerbated that. I am looking into an organic mattress. I weigh 12-130 pounds. I find if there is too much cush I collapse and if there isn't some pressure relief I am in pain. I was looking at the saaatva, awara and happsy. Can you advise? thank you!

Best review! Thank you. How would it compare to avocado?

I'd recommend watching his Avocado review and making your judgement from there. But a one-sentence summary would be: They are similar in construction, but Avocado is firmer/sturdier with less motion isolation.
      Some details:
With the pillow-top Avocado would be a medium-firm and without it, it would be too firm for the majority of side sleepers, but still great for avg or heavy weight stomach or back sleepers. Avocado's pocketed coils have a sheet of polypropylene fabric across the top and bottom of the coils, which in addition to the tufting, makes them sturdier (ok to use in murphy beds, whereas Happsy does not recommend) but ultimately results in less motion isolation. Also if it matters to you, Avocado's coils are glued together laterally using water-based glue whereas Happsy does not use any glue.

Thank you for your review, this was VERY helpful!! I've been looking at so many mattresses and had it narrowed down to Happsy and Avacado.. I am 99% sure I will go with Happsy, after watching your review. I love that it is a truly organic bed and also that it is a little less expensive. I'm on the light side and a back sleeper, so I have a feeling the Happsy might be better for me, too, in that regard. I love that Avacado will deliver it into your home and also take away your old mattress, this was a big selling point for me, since I work all day and live in a very rainy area.. but mattress in a box delivery seems to work for other people,so I will figure it out. :) Thank you again so much for your review, I will definitely use your affiliate link. God bless you. :)

Hi Christina, did you get your bed? If so, how do you like it? I’m thinking about buying this bed. I’m like you on the lighter side and like that it is a natural bed.

@@dabosschic1139 Hi! I did get it, but it isn't set up yet, I have to wait until I can get rid of my old mattress... hoping I will be able to do that and set up my new mattress sometime next week. I will leave a review here whenever I do get it set up for you or anyone else that sees this. Sorry I couldn't be more help right now.

@@maryshellsmith6627 Thanks for sharing your experience with this mattress. FWIW, the express intent that the manufacturer (Naturepedic) had when designing this particular model was to make the benefits of a certified organic mattress available at a lower price point. So if it were more expensive, that would defeat this purpose. That being said, I'd certainly agree that it is striking how much more affordable this mattress is than many other organic mattresses. I hope that's helpful.

Hello it looks like there is little support on the edge especially when you are sitting on it at the beginning of the video. It's challenging to find a bed, especially one that ships in a box that is certified organic with a edge that does not "deflate" so to speak when sitting on the edge. Any input or suggestions?thanks

Hi Andrew -- Thanks for your question. Be aware that in that intro scene to which you're referring, the mattress has the topper on it. The topper is a a piece of soft latex that is there to add comfort and pressure relief, but of course it does nothing to enhance the edge support. So in effect, having the topper on there makes the edge support look worse than it is.
If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend watching the edge support section of the video (which, as you can see in the chapter marks in the description of this video, starts at 14:25). This provides a much more nuanced assessment of the edge support on this mattress, both with and without the topper, and both sitting on the edge as well as lying on the edge, all of which is shown in the video.
Overall, the edge support on this mattress is actually very good overall -- not the best but still very good. Though it is certainly not as good with the topper as it is without it, this would be equally true of any mattress that has softer comfort layers on top.
That said, if you still feel that the edge support on this mattress is insufficient for your needs, that's fine too. Assuming you're open to a mattress that has less overall softness than this one, you can get better edge support on this one:
      www.goodbed.com/reviews/avocado-green-mattress-review/
      I hope that's helpful.
