1- ضرب الزوجة حامل او ليست حامل حرام ولا يجوز ان كان موجه للوجه، او يترك علامة على الجسد، وكاين حالة وحدة يجوز فيها ومحددة شرعا.
في حالة عصيان الزوجة للزوج -يعني دير صوالح كبار ومعجبينوش، أولا الواجب والخطوة الأولى هو المحاوة والتفاهم بين الزوجين، في حالة عدم رضوخ الزوجة وعنادها ينتقل الى الهجران يعني لا ينام معها في نفس الغرفة لا يأكل من يديها -شغل يقاطعها-، اذا الزوجة ظلت على عنادها للزوج حق تطليقها، وله حل الضرب لكنه اولا غير واجب كالبقية ومحدد شرعا كما قلت سابقا لا يمس الوجه ولا يترك أثر، ويقدر بضربة سواك خفيفة -شغل واحد يحكم سِواك ويضربك بيه للكتف ومشي فور- هنا يلعب على العامل النفسي وبالاك تقلع الزوجة عن رأيها والا فبينهما الطلاق، وكي نقولو هكا مشي معناه دايما يفرض الزوج رأيه على الزوجة لأنو يمكن الزوجة عندها الحق، لكن الكلمة الأخيرة له وهو وحده من يتحمل مسؤولية قراره.
2- المرأة لها ضعفين انساني وأنثوي فلا تمتلك قرار: أسوء حاجة قالها شمس الدين وهذا تفكير ذكوري محض للاسف، لو المرأة معندهاش القدرة على القرار لوكان هكاك ربي محاسبهاش ملول لانو هي كائن ضعيف جدا متأثر بعوامل وحدوخرا لدرجة معندوش القدرة اتخاذ قرار، لكن الله سبحانه وتعالى يحاسب المرأة ويحاسب الرجل على قراراتهم في الدنيا والاخرة ويتحملان مسؤولية قرارهما.
وفي ما يتضمن ذلك قرار الخلع، وكاين دليل من السنة هو كالتالي:
ثبتت أيضاً في السنة النبوية، حيث روى أن زوجة ثابت بن قيس جاءت إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقالت: «يا رسول الله أني ما أعتب عليه في خلق ولا دين، ولكني أكره الكفر في الإسلام .. فقال الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام: أتردين عليه حديقته؟.. فقالت: نعم.. فقال عليه الصلاة والسلام لزوجها: أقبل الحديقة وطلقها تطليقة». عشرة الزوج ويقول: وقد أجمع علماء وفقهاء الإسلام على جواز الخُلع ومشروعيته عند الحاجة كخوف الزوجين ألا يقيما حدود الله، والكراهية الشديدة للزوج، وإذا وجد ما يبرره.
3- قال حاجة شابة انو الانسان ضعيف يمكن يخطأ، كيما هاد الزوج يمكن يخطأ هي ثاني تقدر تخطأ منبعد تفيق بلي مهيش قادرة تتحمل هاد لمعيشة لي غلطت ووافقت عليها وعادي يطلقو وكل واحد يشد الطريق والله رحيم، وحتى لوكان طلقو يقعد يصرف على وليدو ومش معناها يتربى وليدو يتيم، محاش طلق وليدك تان كي طلق مرتك، وليدك يقعد مسؤوليتك ثان.

التكفير له ناسه وعلمائه (وليس أي عالم يُكفِّر آخر، بل أهل الاختصاص في العقيدة)، فلا تتخذوا مكانة لستم أهلا لها.
