Great Video as usual. Always appreciate your honest and informative reviews as well as the effort put into your shots. BTW, how are you enjoying the 58X's? It's quite cheap that I'm tempted to pick it up!
Thanks so much! And I really really like the 58X! This headphone compliments the 6XX nicely. I've debated on making a video about it. Idk if I will but I am really enjoying it. I'm gaming with them right now as I type this haha
great looking review. when you are connect your phone with the micro iDSD BL with 3.5mm cable. It's called double-amp.you are not using the DAC section at all, you should get a OTG usb cable to do the job.
Is this or the mini version good for the Seheiser HD650? I define good with high volume rate? And clarity? I would use this amp with my 650 connected to my phone only as a portable use.
Yes you can get them to play very loudly especially with the turbo power mode. They also sound great too. Would you be using this with your phone through usb or the headphone jack?
@@TechnationXyz since the headphone has a 6.5 mm jack I was going to connect it to the 6.55 input on the micro with another aux cord in the 3.5 mm. Is that fine? Or do you think I should use the type C usb as my source to connect to my phone?
These amp sounds really good. I just want something that can drive my 650 to high volumes. Something I can have so loud my ears can't handle it so then I adjust it little lower. I don't wanna feel like my 650 are lacking volume power.
If after unboxing your iFi Mico DSD Black Label DAC & didn't notice that you could first go to the IFi-Audio website before you've connected the DAC, (To see if you need any software downloads you may need to use the DAC w/ what you're planning to use it with), do so ! I just picked up the iFi iOne Nano & wasn't aware ,due to the lack of a real User's Manual, that there were setup procedures or settings you need to install to use the DAC w/ what you're going to be using it with. You may also need a firmware download from the website & disconnect the unit & reconnect the unit after you've installed the download to your computer ! He,he, he , I discovered this myself, through default, but now am enjoying my iOne Nano immensely.
Just to clarify, this is the Micro iDSD Black Label. I know I never said Micro in the video. But you can see the title.
i like the honesty at 9:09. nice one. subscribing to your channel.

Thank you for your info. I enjoyed your video. :) btw I would be using tidal prime as my source of music.
Can you connect to a PS4?
I'm not sure on that. I don't have a PS4 to test it on :/
It's cutting off the starting notes of the music because the buffering setting is too low
Ohh interesting. Not sure. Is this something I can change on my end?
