I can still remember the day my dad adopted me. Everyone in the judge's chambers was signing papers and shaking hands. After all was said and done, the judge asked me if I had any questions. My 8 year old self asked him if he was wearing pants under his robe.

I raised my daughter from the time she was three. Now she is 27 and has asked me to adopt her. I always wanted to adopt her but her biological father, who did not have a lot to do with her, would not allow it. It never really mattered to me until she handed me the adult adoption papers. that meant so much to me and like these guys I broke down too. We are in the process now and will complete tomorrow and then wait for the Court Date. We are both very excited.

It is sad that there are so many parents that Are not involved in their childrens lifes. But it is so beautiful that others are willing to open their hearts and step up.
There is a time when a grown man crying as child notice that cos it happens from time to time but when you see that it come from deep of their heart AND IS REAL TRUE

Beautiful, been sobbing while watching these and I just want to say how lucky every one of you are. Wish I had a love like that. My dad has been in my life since I was born up until 16. Been Rocky.....Reconnected 4 yrs later when I gave birth to his first grandchild and then that connection ended when I turned 25... a lot of drama but out came his truth writing me saying he never wanted me to begin with ... anyways bless you all. Take care and love one another

I agree. There is always someone in the background insisting "You have to read it out loud! What does it say?" when the person is absorbing the fact that the kid they love is loving them right back. Most of the times no words are necessary. The emotions let you know what is happening.

I have watched a few of these now. I've learned to have the tissue box very close by for each and every one!
My parents adopted a boy since his birth my mama was 51 and my sweet daddy r.i.p was 65 now my brother is 16 years old he lives with my mum l got married and left my sister also... but I feel happy because my mom will never be alone...
When watching these heartwarming videos, I often wonder why there is multiple people in the same room recording with their phones, I mean if one person records the moment, they can send it to the other people in the room.

I tried to watch this all the way through, but my allergies started acting up. Watery eyes, sniffles etc. BUT, duck thistle and goldenrod are bad this time of year in my living room. NO !, it's allergies ! I'm a tough firefighter and things like this don't phase me, so trust me... just allergies ! (sniff sniff..) 🤥😢
