Thank you. Yes, I know a lot of my followers are anxious on some workouts. I kept trying to make videos without diving into this stuff for this video, but it was tough. So I figured I’ll get it all out of the way so I can focus strictly on the exercises. 👍
@@theswingman9437 so glad i found this. Im trying to gain throwing velocity and exit velocity. Im on s throwing program and notice how hypertrophy based lifting makes your body tired and hinders your performance whether its hitting or throwing power. I just started getting into my strength block yesterday (less reps and geared more towards athletes) since that block is my 2nd to last before peaking out my body with power. Would you say im behind in my offseason or im ok?
I wasn’t always into dips. Personally, they never felt very comfortable on my shoulder, so I found other means in working out the same muscle groups. I’m going to be posting workout videos every week, so I’m going to start with upper body stuff next week in my post
