fandom: THE BORGIAS.
I can't believe I've made it. I have been living with this idea in my mind since june and lately I've almost lost the hope to make it, but something pushed me to. And now when season three is almost here I want to remind you about the essence of this show. I tried so hard to make it epic and to show the plot of 'the Borgias', which is probably my fav series among the ones that are still being produced. I love everything about this show even though usually I can't stand historical inaccuracy in a certain film (yeah, I can be such a historian sometimes :D).
So, mainly I focused on the relations inside the family and how they were changing through the first two seasons. For me seasons 1 and 2 were just an introduction before the action. Finally we'll see Cesare as 'the prince' that Machiavelli described him and Lucrezia as a seductive poisoner. I won't say a word about the incest...
So, I won't say anything now, just enjoy the video. I don't know if I did it well or not but I still hope you like it.

same for me, but there is a book which inspired the show ; it's called " Blood of the Borgias " by Mario Puzo, the author of " The Godfather" series and it's great :)

I think the lannisters are inspired by both the Lancaster and borgias.
Nope. They were just victims of an immense and deliciously scandalous propaganda campaign orchestrated by the next Pope (who utterly despised Rodrigo). So pervasive is the tale of the naughty, wicked Pope it's taken firm root. There's been some historians who have questioned it all, pointing to rodrigo's exemplary life prior to becoming Pope, and the utter a sense of contemporary evidence from countless court documents that should exist if it were true, the fact that the historical evidence points to him not having children.. That the younger Borgias were just extended family. But it'll be a while before the shine wears off this awesome and admittedly fun piece of black propaganda. After all it's only been like >500 years.
This trailer you made is what finally convinced me that I had to watch this. Just finished series two. It's genius.
For fun the other day, I put up two youtubes, one with this video muted and the other with Rage Against The Machine: War Within A Breath and played both simultaneously. It was bone chilling.

Epic Cesare & Micheletto the Best Dúo ever !!! Genius series, sadly stopped , was is left is up to the watcher to do some research . I think I couldn’t bare if they portray like it was .. the dead of Cesare . Ginger was absolutely amazing playing thiis character!!
