I used brown sugar water when my babies had issues, then I weaken the Sugar water until it was just water and it worked everytime. And please get therapy for you hand it will be so worth it. Damaged ligaments are so much worse than a sprain or break. God bless you all x

I love how y’all focused on not being negative or complaining about your kids, because as a woman who struggles with recurrent pregnancy loss it is so heartbreaking and irritating to me to hear moms complaining about their kids.

I’m 42 years old homeschooling my three teen girls l have five kids the older two are young adults l must say Kelly you have helped me in so many ways, lm so encouraged by your words. It is always a blessing hearing you, your husband's and your parents advice and learning experiences. I have learned so much from all of you and wish I would of have this advices when I was raising my kids. I feel like things would be so much different and better... not that is bad at the moment but I would of teach my kids so much more and equip them more with the word and love of God. Raising children falls mostly on the mom and is a ministry unto itself, they have a huge responsibility in how the child's outlook on life is and how they grow up to be productive adults... Mamma Kelly went to God and gives God the glory when she was overwhelmed, we can take a lesson in that for everything in life.. Go to God, he will help!!
I love Momma Bates outlook on negativity. I remember when I was pregnant feeling so sick and this one night my husband and friend from church wanted to go eat Mexican of all things. I really didn’t wanna go but I pushed myself and just getting out of the house and fellowshipping made me feel so much better!
I’m sorry but the term ‘broken home’ is outdated and harmful! No child should feel like they live in a broken home. Relationships break down for many reasons, for example, abuse and it’s more damaging for a child to grow up in that environment. Single parents can provide a happy home! It’s not broken.
Something I adore about Kelly Jo is her humility. She never says she has the answers, she truly just wants to love and help. Love always to the Bates and Paine family!❤
The world needs more mothers like Kelly. She is a special person you can tell a lot by a person s voice and the way they speak. She just sounds so comforting and like a soft place to fall. Her demeanor has definitely rubbed off on her children. What a special family you all have.

Erin and Kelly I truly thank you for this video. I so pray many expectant mamas watch this..I grew up with a very mentally unwell mother, although I love and appreciate her for what she sacrificed for me, she was very down and stressed all the time. She was also insecure and I tried to be different as a mother but did not have the Lord in my life. My children are young adults and it's never too late to change, I have many health struggles and often lately find myself being more down than I wish, this has been a blessing for me to see as I am now a Christian and know that my Lord and Savior loves me, Thank you both again
Two beautiful women. Love the bright pink shirt. ❤ OMG your mom would have been a great boss. The way she talked about praising kids and encouraging their strengths and at same time working on their weaknesses and how kids are insecure and you need positivity. All that plays in workplace. Bosses tend to focus on the “golden worker” and not encouraging, building up, praising the other workers. It leads to low morale, animosity in workplace. I was raised by a mom who was very angry, hateful, strict, mean and never hugged or kissed us. I tend to be negative and judgmental and it is so hard to break. Plus I’ve been through so much, I feel like I can’t take any more and wonder when good things will happen. Everyone judges me at work because I’m not thin or pretty. Family dynamics are a mess. I try to love, forgive, be appreciative of all I have. I didn’t know Gil had dark hair when younger. So many of the kids have blonde hair. Thank you for saying you are not perfect. I did the best I could and wish I could redo some things. I definitely didn’t have a connection being a single parent. And people looked down on single parents like if it was their fault.
Do you guys want to start filming your lives again for up faith and family? is there anyone that don't like to be filmed? # love you guys so much # your family is such a big inspiration ❤❤❤
I actually find it a bit sad when Kelly said if a Mum is upset or depressed you shouldn’t show it to your kids. That means that you need to hide every emotion from your children, how in turn are they supposed to grow up and know that it’s okay to not be okay. Personally l think it’s healthy for our children to see us at our most vulnerable, then they can always come to us when things in their life are not going good.

Children also know when an adult is faking happiness, they can tell when mum or dad are putting on an act.

How much better the world would be if all parents would praise their children like Gil and Kelly . Had to be hard raising so many, but shows how much love was given the way they all turned out. Love Gil's ministry from his church. I also go to a Baptist church and watch his church on RUclips.

The religion let's them release stress. Let go and let god = young and fresh! It's why we all should be religious (in healthy way like these people)
I think she said she was 22 when Zach was born. And doing the math, she was about 45 or 46 when Jeb was born. She'd now be about mid-late 50s; boy does she look good!
