I wish she had a RUclips channel. She is the trainer I have been looking for! In dress, demeanor, and instruction. A rare true professional.

Very nice. You are correct 💯. Lifting heavy weights destroy ligaments pull muscles. Stretching and exercising with your own body weight is much better but don't stop lifting weights and remember core strength. Staying in shape is a way of life it's a lifestyle but it's much better for you. This video you did is 100% correct. We're not meant to be lifting up 500 pounds in the bench. Lol. A lot of athletes don't even do weights they use their own body weight to work out push-ups pull-ups stretching exactly what she just showed you. Very very nice

Great workout. Thank you. And I Truly Love and Appreciate all your terrific work at delivering short low impact videos. If I may offer 1 small observation. As a previous 20 year professional personal trainer and fitness trainer myself I was trained to always be mindful in keeping the knees soft and not allowing them to slip back into a locked position in the top (standing) position. Just a friendly observation. 😊

What do you recommend for stretching/form if my knees hurt on the split squats? Especially the leg pointed back.

I'm currently going through the perimenopause and struggling to lose weight. Would this be suitable and how many days a week be a good time to do these xxx

I think this would be good cause it’s low impact but I’d also say add something like walking
