I love your dynamic it’s funny to me sometimes and thank you for the advice of soaking, the Aida on starch, and you can actually Stitch on that I did not know that I was actually watching the Laurie Holt channel from three years ago and she was talking how she starch’s regular quilt “fabric and I will probably use that in the future with stitching. I will like to stitch tags and oh wow I went bananas when I saw your Santa Claus I’ve been following your progress for a while and you are so close 2 more to go baby ha ha ha🎉🎉🎉 nice haul Sarah ! 😊
That stitchy bag would be perfect for the Temp SAL I'm doing! I love Kristi's Temp Dragon! I changed to chart 2° apart for the heat and 4° apart for winter on the Witch's Garden Crafts Temp SAL so I might have more variety for hot Houston weather. This is my first Temp SAL, so we will see!

I just FFO’d the snowman banner today. It was a WIP for about 5 years, because I hate French knots. Plus I played tag with the pattern that got lost for 2 years.
Happy New Year Sarah and Bridget!! Question, so on the besties wip you we’re talking about adding some shimmer to the lettering what kind of floss are you using ? I’m assuming that you are using a regular dmc color and then a shimmer thread of a similar shade is that correct? Do you have any issues with it twisting while you stitch? Make sure to tag me in your reply so I know you’ve answered!
@wineshelly9128 Great question, can’t believe I forgot to mention that lol For the heart, I used two strands of a metallic light blue Kreinik For the word “Besties”, I used one strand pearlescent white Kreinik and one strand of white DMC I started to used the Blanc Etoile for the word, but it always looks kind of gray to me and I wanted it to be brighter.
@@NotoriousNeedle thanks for your reply is Kreinik the name brand? Would I just look for it in the hobby lobby or do I need to order from a website? Thanks so much Sarah you are always so helpful!
@@TheShellyShack Yes, it's a brand that's been around a long time, known for metallic and silk thread. Joann's used to sell it, but now I think it's mostly in local shops. Their website has a nice store locator.

What size cross stitch fits in the frames?
The tiny frames? They’re maybe 2”x2” inner dimensions. Some are square, oval and circle
